Director of Tactical & STC Training
Joel retired from public service in July of 2020. Before his retirement, Joel had the fortune to work a variety of assignments in two southern California municipal law enforcement agencies during a rapidly changing three decades in law enforcement. Joel’s law enforcement career spans over thirty years of service since 1989 when he joined the Long Beach Police Department as a Police Officer. [More..]
